I was given Simone’s details from my surgery’s Social Proscriber. My stepmother in law has Alzheimer’s and has been very against any care so it was such a relief that she is happy with Simone. As with this disease, it’s never plain sailing, however, Simone is so professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. She has supported me more than she knows as it’s been a steep learning curve for me. I trust her implicitly and most importantly, I trust her with my stepmother in law. She is actually amazing and been a lifesaver for me.

I have been using Simone to care for my dad for a few months now. I live about 4 hours away and my dad has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and lives on his own. Having simone pop in to see my dad every day is a huge weight off my mind - knowing i have someone I can trust checking up on him. We are in contact regularly and she keeps me up to date every time she visits via an app so I know how he is on a daily basis. I have total confidence in Simone’s abilities, my dad gets on well with her - which is brilliant as he’s not the easiest person to deal with. It's great having someone local that I can rely on. Simone has been carer for Jim for some time now, she is very helpful, kind and caring.
She's very capable in her handling of the hoist and meets Jim's needs as they arise also mine.
He trusts her which is great, not easy for people with advanced dementia.
We get along fine, she is very adaptable all ways round.

Simone is so kind & caring. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is very thorough & hardworking. Simone helps with my washing & does other household chores that I can't do. She makes a big fuss of my cat too! I thoroughly recommend her.
